SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped 1-3 business days from when you place your order.  We deliver nationwide across Australia.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this, please check your junk mail or contact us at hello@kindko.com.au

All delivery timeframes are set from the day the order is shipped. 

During warmer Australian months it is recommended to choose Express Post if your order contains perishables such as candles or chocolates.

Please note, once orders are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for transit issues that may arise. While we make every endeavour to deliver your gift/s on time, we take no responsibility for products that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Kindko cannot be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our warehouse. Later than expected delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of Kindko and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

 

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Standard Delivery: 2-8 days Australia wide*, flat rate of $15.95. Standard deliveries are sent via Australia Post.

Express Delivery: 1-4 days Australia wide*, flat rate of $19.95. Express deliveries are sent via Australia Post.

*Estimated delivery timeframes to regional areas may vary and may incur additional shipping fees.

We offer FREE Express Delivery for all orders over $199.

Most express deliveries will arrive within 1-4 business days from dispatch, although in rare cases, some may take an extra day or two.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order as we will not be able to refund the cost of express delivery if there are delays beyond our control.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

When placing your order, you are giving us the authority to leave your gift box in a safe place should the recipient not be home. If you have specific requirements of where you would like the box placed, please include these instructions in the notes section at check out.\

 

ORDER / SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS

Our gift boxes are generally dispatched on the same day, or the next day after the order is received. We advise that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, contact us immediately at hello@kindko.com.au

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been fulfilled and with our couriers for delivery.

If the gift box has left our warehouse but has not yet been delivered, it will first need to be delivered to the recipient and then returned to us as we are unable to redirect an order once it is already on the road.  

An applicable re-delivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the gift box to the same or an alternate address.

 

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES

Many hospitals have established protocols regarding the acceptance of gifts for patients. It is recommended to contact the specific hospital beforehand to ascertain their procedures for receiving deliveries (such as delivery to the loading dock or leaving the gift with reception).

Please include comprehensive details about the recipient, including full name, ward name and phone number, bed or room number and the street address of the hospital. It is crucial to ensure that the name on the delivery address matches the name under which the patient is registered at the hospital.

Kindly be aware that in cases where a parcel needs to be redirected to an alternate address due to the patient's discharge, a redelivery fee will be applicable and passed on to the sender.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer a hand-delivery service to our local community members for the flat rate fee of standard shipping. Local hand-deliveries outside of this radius may be possible - please get in contact with us to discuss and arrange prior at hello@kindko.com.au

We will endeavour to deliver our local deliveries within 1-2 days but may be able to accommodate deliveries with tighter timeframes, including Same-Day Delivery with prior arrangement - please email us at hello@kindko.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

DELIVERY REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DATES

Requests for hand delivery on specific days can be arranged, however must be confirmed with us prior, and are only available for specific locations in Perth. Please contact us at hello@kindko.com.au to arrange. 


Requests for postal delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed when Standard Shipping is selected, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.
