Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS 

  • If you need to cancel or amend an order, a cancellation/amendment notice must be sent immediately via email to hello@kindko.com.au no more than 24 hours after placing your order. 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been prepared, dispatched or are in transit. 

  • Cancellation of orders incur a $50.00 administrative fee regardless of order value. Money will be refunded less this fee, to the original payment method.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

  • Each item purchased from Kindko is carefully checked for quality assurance and meticulously wrapped with care, prior to being packaged and dispatched. We take every precaution to ensure that your gift box arrives in the same condition as it was when it left us, what happens when the goods are dispatched is out of our control. 

  • In the unlikely event that your gift box and its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your product/s at hello@kindko.com.au. Please include the order number, reason for the return or exchange and any supporting photos so that we can evaluate the extent of the damage and/or issues with the product and determine a path to resolution.  

  • We will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Kindko. 

  • If the item is available to be returned, we recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.  

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.  

  • We are only able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been purchased within 14 days.  

CHANGE OF MIND 

  • We do not offer a refund for change of mind, or because your recipient did not appreciate the gift, so please choose carefully before making your purchase. 

RETURNED TO SENDER  

Occasionally parcels may be returned to us for various reasons including, but not limited to, the following: 

  • Incorrect or insufficient address details. 

  • The recipient is not known at the address provided or has moved. 

  • The delivery was refused. 

  • There was no safe location to leave the parcel. 

  • There was no access to a secure building or complex for delivery or to leave a card. 

  • The recipient was in a hospital or hotel and has been discharged or checked out. 

  • A card was left but the recipient did not pick up the package or arrange for redelivery to another location. 

Please note, an applicable re-delivery fee will apply to send the parcel to the same or an alternative address. 

OUT OF STOCK AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS 

  • If we cannot supply a particular item listed for inclusion in a gift box, we will replace the product with an alternate product of equal or greater value.  

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

  • Due to the nature of our products some products will be unable to be returned or exchanged. 


We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
