What is Kindko?

Kindko - The Kindness Kollective, is a Perth based gifting business with a vision to spread kindness and foster connections, through mindful and intentional gifting. Our mission is to help you find the perfect gift to uplift and support your loved ones through 'life's moments'. Our mission is simple: to inspire self-care, promote well-being, and bring a little joy and comfort to those who need it most.

How does it work?

You can choose to shop our collection of Kindko curated gift boxes, ‘create your own’ bespoke gift or shop individual products for a loved one or yourself!

Why is Kindko different?

Kindko was created to help connect you with your loved ones during life’s big moments. In those moments when you don’t know what to say, and flowers just don’t seem enough, giving the gift of a Kindko gift box shows your loved ones that you are thinking of them.

Can I order products individually?

Absolutely! Our customers can shop individual gifts for a loved one (or to spoil themselves!) in the ‘Shop All’ section of our website.

Can I swap or take an item out of your gift boxes?

If you want to swap or remove an item from one of our curated gift boxes, you can utilise the ‘Create your Own’ option on our website to design a unique and personalised gift box.

If I am searching for something in particular, can Kindko source it for me?

Yes! If you want to include their favourite wine, book, gift voucher or something else that you know they will love, please contact us and we will do our best to source it for you.

Can I make my box cheaper?

Of course. We understand that sometimes you need a smaller or cheaper gift for certain occasions. Contact us via email and we will work with you to design a beautiful box that meets your brief as well as your budget.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, some products will be unable to be returned or exchanged. If you would like to return a product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your product/s at hello@kindko.com.au. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Kindko.

Absolutely, we offer a personalised corporate gifting service that delivers Australia wide. With our kindful approach and a touch of personalisation, our gifts provide a very memorable gifting experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide across Australia

When will my order be sent?

All orders are shipped 1-3 business days from when you place your order.

What are your delivery options?

We currently have two delivery options through Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping (2 -8 business days) $15.95
  • Express Shipping (1-4 business days) $19.95

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $199. 

Shipping times are subject to change and unfortunately there may be delays beyond the expected delivery time

Do you offer same day delivery?

At this stage, we don't offer same day delivery as standard, but feel free to send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We are definitely looking at providing a same day delivery service in the near future.

Can I pick up my order?

We generally do not offer pick-ups, however if it is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Can my gift arrive on a specific date?

If you live in Perth and need your gift box delivered on a specific date, please send us an email at hello@kindko.com.au and we will do our very best to assist you to deliver on your chosen date. 

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel, on its way to your loved one.

Can I write a personal message?

Absolutely - we offer a complimentary card for personal messages with every gift box. You simply leave a heartfelt message in the notes section at checkout and we will hand write your message and include it in the box for you.

Do you include a receipt in the box?

As most of our orders are gifts, we do not send any receipts in the gift box. These will be emailed to the person who purchases the gift box.
